It was another great memorable event to the volunteers of Behala Kurnish Welfare Organizartion who had visited North Bengal to stand by the poor villagers. On 28 December 2018, Kurnish organized a feast for 1300 such poor people with Rice, Daal Bhaja, Egg Curry and Chatney. 230 No new blankets were distributed and 3000 people were given clothes donated by big hearted people.
On the next day on 29 December another 1000 people were fed. 154 No new blankets and 4000 clothes were distributed at Chabasa line of Banadapani tea garden and Keron Garden.
All these items were transported from Kolkata to North Bengal and 8 Kurnish volunteers were present during the whole program. This was made possible for the generosity of the people and organizations to whom we salute (kurnish). We would do more in the future to work for the people, spending little time from our usual professional busy schedule.
